Standard services like tune-ups and brake work are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Complex repairs or those requiring parts may take longer. We provide time estimates after initial assessment.
Yes. Our technicians are trained on components from Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo, and all major manufacturers. For e-bikes, we service Bosch, Shimano Steps, Bafang, and most other systems.
Minor adjustments can often be done while you wait. For scheduled services, we recommend dropping off and picking up later to ensure our technicians have uninterrupted time with your bicycle.
We stock essential consumables like tubes, tires, brake pads, and chains. For specialized parts, we can order from our supplier network with typical delivery within three to five business days.
